Four Steps from Stems to Master
Same discipline as our in-studio flagship session, wrapped in a clean handoff that works from anywhere. Live feed is optional on every step — some artists sit in the whole way, others drop in for mix decisions, some just watch the replay.
1. Send Stems
Drop your dry vocals, instrumental or beat, reference track, and mix notes through a secure upload link. We check the files before the session gets locked.
2. Schedule a Window
Pick the attended mix window that fits your release timeline. Remote sessions follow Tampa studio hours, with enough time reserved for playback and decisions.
3. Watch Bryan Work the Rack
Join the private live camera feed while Bryan works the Neve, Manley, Pultec, and API chain. Hear the mix, talk through choices, and see the hardware moves live.
4. Revise and Deliver
One revision round is built in. Send timestamped notes, approve the final print, then receive your mastered WAV, MP3, instrumental, and a cappella on request.

Remote Mixing Questions
The file handoff, attended window, revisions, and delivery are simple by design.
What file format should I send?
Send WAV stems at the same sample rate as your session, ideally 24-bit. Start every stem at bar one so everything lines up. Dry vocals are required; wet versions and rough bounces are welcome as references.
How many revision rounds are included?
One focused revision round is included with each remote mix. Send timestamped notes after the first print, or walk Bryan through them on the live feed before the final master is delivered.
Can I attend the mix live?
Yes. The live in-studio camera feed is the point of the offer. You can sit in for the whole window, join for key decisions, or request a replay if your schedule is tight.
Is mastering included?
Yes. Every remote mix includes mastering for streaming and release delivery. You receive the final WAV, MP3, instrumental, and a cappella on request.
What time zone do remote windows use?
Remote mix windows are scheduled in Eastern Time because Bryan is mixing from the Tampa studio. If you are outside the East Coast, include your time zone when you request the quote.
